CALIFORNIA – On 19 January, the Department of Justice United States (U.S.), close the Megaupload file-sharing site, and catch pemilknya on charges of copyright infringement online. If proven guilty, then prisons for 50 years has been waiting for them.

Not long after news of the closure Megaupload, online data storage site FileSonic also closed its file-sharing services. FileSonic who claims to be “Unlimited Storage Company,” said that currently only allows the user to access his own data.

Later more and more file sharing sites that began ketar-ketir and close the file sharing services, most of these sites do not want to stumble problem, as it displays third-party files that contain infringing content.

Indeed until now there is no clear line of site ‘just’ a container file that contains the problematic content of any third party. However, at least according to the MPA (Motion Picture Asociation considering three sites as “rogue sites” that connects to film and television content that constitutes copyright infringement, including 1Channel.ch, Movie2k.to, and SolarMovie.eu. The reason concerns the MPAA is clear; third site acts as a pointer to a site featuring movie downloads for the movie which is currently being aired in theaters.

Launched by ecoustics, Monday (1/30/2012), there are at least seven sites in the world’s largest file sharing, which in one of its services free to put the file that contains a violation of copyright. The FBI is not impossible after him as well.
