This is a guide to flashing the HTC HD2 with android 2.3.2 & 2.3.3 from NAND memory, which means no booting from the SD card, the OS will boot as soon as you power the device. A lot of people don’t like this idea, but after using both SD versions and NAND, the latter is far more stable and amazingly fast, plus with the use of the Clockwork Recovery MOD (Guide included in this torrent), you can update from the SD Card.
